Is my Developer covered by the code?

Many developers are in the process of signing up to these arrangements. You can see if your developer has registered by checking the Register of Developers.

If your developer is not registered, or you reserved your home before their registration date, then you aren’t covered by the New Homes Quality Code but may still be protected by an alternative scheme.  In the first instance, you should contact your developer to ask them to resolve your issue.  If you remain dissatisfied, then the developer can confirm the contact details for the scheme you are protected by.
